Position: Marketing Manager – (Medical Devices)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Director
Location: Ahmedabad (Head Office) with Travel
Working Hours: Field work
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Experience: 4–5 Years (Medical Device Industry Mandatory)
Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Business Administration (Preferred) | Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field preferred.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager – to lead the company's marketing and business development activities across India. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating sales opportunities, expanding dealer and distributor networks, managing the marketing team, and driving business growth in the medical devices industry.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in medical device marketing, and the ability to work closely with the Director to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Generation
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, distributors, dealers, hospitals, institutions, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Generate quality business leads and convert them into sales.
- Drive new product launches and market expansion across India.
- Develop annual sales and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Marketing Strategy
- Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns for product promotion.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends.
- Develop pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate exhibitions, conferences, CMEs, dealer meets, and product demonstrations.
- Strengthen brand visibility across online and offline platforms.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
- Set KPIs and performance goals for regional teams.
- Monitor team performance and provide continuous guidance and coaching.
- Conduct regular review meetings and performance evaluations.
Dealer & Distributor Management
- Develop and strengthen dealer/distributor networks across India.
- Build long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Resolve dealer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms with channel partners.
Cross Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Customer Service departments.
- Ensure smooth order execution and timely product availability.
- Support product forecasting and inventory planning.
Reporting & MIS
- Report directly to the Director on business performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend improvement strategies.
- Present business reviews and future growth plans to management.

Educational Qualification
Mandatory
- MBA in Marketing / Business Administration.
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Medical Device Industry.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial/team handling role.
- Proven experience in business development and channel management.
- Experience in launching and marketing medical devices is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
