Roles & Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full hiring lifecycle, build talent pipelines, and meet hiring timelines alongside team leads.
- Onboarding & Culture: Design a seamless onboarding framework to integrate new hires into the company culture and values from Day 1.
- L&D and Career Paths: Coordinate training plans (probation and ongoing), define clear career progression paths, and facilitate soft-skills training.
- Performance Management: Run appraisal cycles, implement KRAs/Goals, and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- People Ops & Engagement: Oversee attendance, payroll processing, and leave. Plan company events and act as a trusted employee advocate.
- Culture & Mindset: Nurture a positive workplace environment focused on a growth and ownership mindset.
- HR Tech & Metrics: Optimize KEKA (HRMS) automation, track HR metrics, and implement the PARC Model (Performance, Alignment, Rewards, Culture).
- Corporate Team Oversight: Monitor and support workflows, attendance, and challenges across IT, Admin, Training, and Finance.
- Proactive Leadership: Identify operational gaps, build new systems, and drive continuous improvement across the HR function.
