Job description:
Typing a science question paper requires careful formatting to handle technical terms, chemical formulas, diagrams, and numerical data. Using word processing software like MS Word, Math Type etc. The process involves structuring the content for clarity and ensuring technical accuracy.
You will be given some image files of hand written work and you need to type them in the standard question format.
Also there will be equations in mathematics, so you must have knowledge how to write mathematical equations (integration, differential equation etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Typing: Converting handwritten, scanned, or drafted questions into digital formats (MS Word).
- Formatting and Alignment: Ensuring proper font styles (e.g., Times New Roman), margins, and structure for professional printing.
- Proofreading: Identifying and correcting spelling, punctuation, grammar, and technical errors.
- Editing Academic Material: Handling, organizing, and printing test papers, assignments, and curriculum content.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict data security for examination materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fast & Accurate Typing: Strong typing speed (often 50+ WPM) with high precision.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in MS Word (tables, equations), and Math type.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot formatting inconsistencies and typos.
- Experience: Previous work in educational, training, or coaching institutes is preferred.
