Job Responsibilities
- Handle and oversee all IT-related activities of the showroom and service workshop.
- Maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric machines, and other IT equipment.
- Manage internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Provide IT support to Sales, Service, Parts, Accounts, and other departments.
- Install and maintain required software, applications, and operating systems.
- Manage user IDs, email accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Coordinate with software vendors and external IT service providers.
- Ensure smooth functioning of DMS / dealership software and service-related systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, licenses, and AMC records.
- Take regular data backup and ensure basic data security.
- Monitor CCTV, attendance systems, and other technology-related systems.
- Train staff on basic IT systems and software whenever required.
- Prepare IT-related reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure minimum downtime and quick resolution of IT issues across showroom and workshop.
- Follow company policies related to IT security and data confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Basic networking knowledge – LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, etc.
- Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, printers, scanners, and CCTV.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle IT requirements independently for multiple departments.
- Experience in 2-wheeler/automobile dealership will be an advantage.
Education
Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Candidate
A responsible and technically strong candidate who can independently oversee IT operations for both the 2-wheeler showroom and service workshop and coordinate with management, employees, vendors, and software providers.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
