Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee records
- Maintain accounts, invoices, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
- Handle GST, TDS, and basic compliance work
- Prepare and submit government tenders (documentation, eligibility, EMD, etc.)
- Monitor tender portals, track deadlines, and coordinate bid submissions
- Liaise with departments for tender-related requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com/MBA or relevant)
- Knowledge of HR, accounting, and tender processes
- Familiarity with tender portals (e.g., GeM) preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally)
- Good communication and organizational skills
Pay: ₹8,529.31 - ₹25,000.00 per month
