Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage customised itineraries for FIT and group clients
- Handle client communication from inquiry to post-tour follow-up
- Coordinate hotels, transport, guides, and on-ground vendors
- Prepare quotations, tour documents, and vouchers
- Monitor live tours and resolve issues in real time
- Maintain booking records and prepare operational reports
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- 1–5 years of work experience (preferably in inbound tour operations)
- Fluent English and good communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer and MS Office
