Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging operations.
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in handling blister packing, bottle packing, labeling, cartoning, and serialization systems is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily packaging activities to ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Ensure packaging operations are carried out as per approved Batch Packaging Records (BPRs), SOPs, and GMP guidelines.
- Verify line clearance before commencement and after completion of packaging activities.
- Ensure proper issuance, reconciliation, and accountability of packaging materials.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure all packaging equipment is cleaned, calibrated, and maintained as per schedule.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to packaging activities, logbooks, and production records.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments for in-process checks and product release activities.
- Investigate and report deviations, non-conformances, and packaging-related incidents.
- Train and guide packaging operators and workers on SOPs, GMP requirements, and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor product quality during packaging and minimize wastage and rejection.
- Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
