A hands-on content creator–cum–instructional designer who can plan, create, manage, update and publish learning content end to end, while coordinating with SMEs, trainers, agencies, and leadership.
This is not a strategy only or agency manager role—We need someone who personally creates content, uses AI tools daily, manages timelines rigorously, and understands field sales contexts.
An 6- 8 year instructional designer / content manager from FMCG/BFSI/large sales org, who still creates content daily, uses AI comfortably, understands field realities, and can run content projects end to end with minimal supervision.
