We are looking for a hands-on Marketplace Manager to own and grow our presence on Amazon and Flipkart.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketplace operations, improving product visibility, maintaining listings, running marketplace advertising, and driving sales growth across Amazon and Flipkart.
This is an execution-focused role with direct ownership of marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations
- Manage Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts
- Create and maintain product listings
- Update titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and keywords
- Monitor listing health and account performance
Growth & Performance
- Plan and execute Amazon and Flipkart Ads
- Improve rankings, visibility, and conversion rates
- Track sales, profitability, and advertising performance
- Identify growth opportunities and category trends
Inventory & Catalog Management
- Coordinate inventory updates and stock availability
- Manage new product launches
- Ensure pricing and catalog accuracy
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor sales, returns, cancellations, and advertising metrics
- Generate performance reports and recommendations
- Track competitor activity and marketplace trends
Customer & Marketplace Support
- Handle marketplace-related support tickets and escalations
- Coordinate with Amazon and Flipkart support teams when required
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years experience managing Amazon and/or Flipkart accounts
- Understanding of marketplace SEO and listing optimisation
- Experience with Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
