Job Summary
The Sr. Sales Executive is responsible for handling customer enquiries, consultations, follow-ups, and sales conversions at the assigned branch. The role focuses on achieving branch sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer experience for both new and existing clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Conversion
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone enquiries, and online leads.
- Explain company services, packages, and offers to customers.
- Conduct customer consultations professionally.
- Convert leads into sales through proper follow-up and communication.
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets.
- Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Ensure proper follow-up with pending enquiries and existing clients.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with service teams when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Branch Coordination
- Coordinate with technicians, telecallers, and branch staff for smooth operations.
- Update daily sales activities to the Branch In-Charge.
- Support branch promotional activities and campaigns.
- Ensure proper customer scheduling and appointment management.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain enquiry records and customer data accurately.
- Update CRM/software with customer interactions and sales details.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track pending payments and coordinate for collections if required.
Grooming & Professionalism
- Maintain professional grooming and appearance.
- Follow company policies, attendance rules, and workplace discipline.
- Maintain positive behaviour and teamwork within the branch.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Team coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Degree / Plus Two with relevant experience.
- Experience in sales, customer service, salon, clinic, healthcare, beauty, or retail industry preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Working Hours
- As per company policy and branch operational timings 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
