We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage staff, handle customer concerns, monitor inventory, and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Manage and train staff members.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and expenses.
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
