Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 / month (In-Hand, inclusive of PF & ESIC benefits)
Experience Required: 1 – 3+ years of teaching/training experience in core software programming and web development languages
About the Role
Venture Skill India CAD Training Hi-Tech Institute is inviting applications for a passionate and technically sound Programming Language Trainer to join our Head Office team in Ranchi. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching foundational and advanced programming languages (such as C, C++, Java, and Python) along with basic Web Development concepts to students pursuing IT diplomas, computer science certifications, and vocational skill programs. Your mission will be to help students build strong logic-building capabilities, coding syntax mastery, and project development skills needed for technical roles in the industry.
Key Responsibilities1. Training & Delivery
- Deliver interactive classroom lectures and hands-on laboratory coding sessions in core programming languages:
- C / C++: Logic building, pointers, data structures basics, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals.
- Java: Core Java concepts, multithreading, exception handling, OOPs, and basic GUI/framework concepts.
- Python: Data types, script automation, functional programming, data analysis basics, and mini-project building.
- Web Technologies (Optional/Desirable): HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL databases.
- Break down complex logic, algorithms, and syntax rules into easy-to-understand modules for diploma students and beginners.
- Guide students through live coding exercises, debugging techniques, and capstone project implementations.
2. Student Evaluation & Mentorship
- Create logic-building assignments, weekly coding quizzes, and practical lab tests.
- Review student code submissions, explain optimal coding practices, and guide troubleshooting/debugging techniques.
- Offer 1-on-1 support for students struggling with programming fundamentals or logic development.
3. Lab Management & Curriculum Support
- Oversee computer lab setups to ensure necessary IDEs (VS Code, Code::Blocks, Eclipse, PyCharm, GCC compiler) are installed and functioning smoothly.
- Maintain student batch records, practical evaluation marks, and daily attendance logs.
- Assist senior management in keeping the IT/Software curriculum aligned with current software industry trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: BCA, MCA, B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science / IT), or B.Sc in Computer Science / IT.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong mastery of C, C++, Java, and Python (hands-on coding and logic-building capability required).
- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Database Management (SQL) concepts.
- Familiarity with popular IDEs, Git/GitHub basics, and code compilation environments.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent explanation and communication skills in Hindi (and functional English).
- High patience and enthusiasm for teaching non-programmer background students.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and classroom control.
Compensation & Benefits
- In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (inclusive of PF & ESIC statutory benefits)
- Statutory Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC) coverage.
- Central work location with modern computer labs at Panchwati Plaza, Ranchi.
