Test RAN Lead/ArchitectQualitest is seeking an experienced RAN Test Lead/Architect (10-15 years of experience) for end-to-end testing for Radio Access Network (RAN) systems, including planning, execution, defect management, and team mentoring. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in 2G/4G/5G along with the ability to drive testing strategy, automation, and process improvements. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring network quality, system reliability, and seamless integration between RAN and core networks. Key Responsibilities• Lead RAN features, Software Upgrade, new Baseband/Radio/HW validation test planning, execution, and reporting as per Lab scenarios• Design and execute test scenarios, cases, and scripts• Validate RAN systems (BSC/BTS, NodeB, eNodeB, gNodeB)• Perform integration testing between RAN and Core Network (CN)• Manage defect lifecycle using tools like Jira• Ensure test environment readiness and deployment support• Analyze call flows, network behavior (MO/MT, handovers, data sessions)• Mentor team members and support test manager in planning activities• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities Required SkillsStrong expertise in RAN technologies (2G, 4G,5G NSA SA)Strong problem-solving and analytical thinkingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Good understanding of:Wireshark, xCAL, xCAPJira/Test Management toolsRF/RAN testing toolsNetwork architecture & signalingMust haveRAN Testing 4/52G/4G/5G knowledge 4/5Wireshark/Xcal 4/5Test Management 4/5 Grade - C1 Start date - 16th June, 2026
