Position : Manager - Human Resources & Administration
Job Description :
- Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with organizational goals and operational requirements.
- Develop annual operation plan- manpower plan, budgeting, cost.
- Develop and execute thoughtful engagement plans that also enable the retention of employees
- Implement fair and transparent performance appraisal systems.
- Drive recognition and reward programs to boost motivation and retention.
- Oversee employee welfare initiatives.
- Statutory compliances.
- Drive organisational change initiatives by working closely with leadership and business units to plan and execute change management strategies.
- Owning and ensuring all activities related to HR Operations - Onboarding, Insurance, PF, Compliances, Internal Audit, Documentation & Filing, Policies and SOPs are delivered seamlessly
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 20-25 years of experience, ideally in an MNC or Indian MNC.
- Some one currently working in a company of almost 1000 cr+ since last 5-7 years and heading the HR function.
- The candidate should have experience in managing the corporate and multiple plants.
- Should be someone with experience of diversified industries.
- Mandatory experience in Corporate functions, Industrial Relations and Plant HR management
- Proven experience managing HR across multiple plants, entities, or business units.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and workforce governance.
- Strong Stakeholder Management.
Team Structure :
- Multiple HR Managers and Plant HR Managers will report into this role.
- Will work closely with Business Heads, Plant Leadership Teams, and Corporate Leadership.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
