Key Responsibilities
- Document Verification: Collect, review, and validate candidate documents including Aadhar, PAN, passport, educational degrees, and previous payslips. [1, 2]
- Background Checks: Conduct comprehensive checks including employment tenure, educational credentials, criminal records, court records, and address verification. [1]
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise professionally with HR teams, external vendors, universities, and previous employers to validate information. [1, 2]
- Discrepancy Management: Escalate red flags, resume fraud, or discrepancies to senior management in accordance with company policies. [1, 2]
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and update verification statuses in internal HR systems or BGV portals.
- TAT & Compliance: Manage assigned cases within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) while complying with relevant data privacy and protection standards
Pay: ₹10,075.81 - ₹25,000.00 per month
