Roles and Responsibilities :
· Implementation of the Business Plan and Operations Strategy for the DCs in order to ensure attainment of company goals and profitability as per AOP
· Drive continuous improvement and ensure optimal performance with respect to Financial, Operational, People, Process, development and other service related objectives and also comply to QHHSSEMCCITC
· Control Operating costs by ensuring minimal loss in expired, damaged, rejected & Obsolete (EDRO) goods.
· Achieve operational efficiency by proper resource allocation and maintenance and up-gradation of resources from time to time
· Liaise with allied departments from time to time to ensure process and systems are in place and in accordance to the operational and business requirements
· Proper evaluation of manpower requirement at the beginning of the FY to help HR facilitate the requirements on time
· Adhere to SLAs of company and clients as well to ensure that service targets are achieved
· Maintain highest quality of food and safety standards within the DCs by complying to FSSAI procedures and standards
· 100% compliance to all statutory requirements and liaise with governmental and non governmental authorities
· Ensure optimum capacity utilization of warehouse by designing best fit layouts of warehouse, goods/material placement, inventory movement and maintenance of the warehouse.
· Develop and establish long term relationships with clients by adhering to Customer KPIs
· Control attrition rate by effective people management
· People Development through regular feedbacks, coaching & mentoring, identifying and facilitating training needs
· Ensure safe, clean and healthy working environment in compliance to statutory requirements and company policies
Experience and Qualifications :
4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management – Food QSR 3PL Operations
Exposure to field operations is a must
Graduate or post-graduate
Ability to articulate and communicate messages clearly with leadership and ground workforce alike
