We are looking for a Marketing & Lead Growth Manager who can drive demand generation, strengthen our market positioning, and build a predictable pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation
- Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound campaigns, content marketing, partnerships, events, paid marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Identify and explore new lead acquisition channels.
B2B Positioning & Messaging
- Create compelling messaging that clearly communicates complex technology solutions to business decision-makers.
- Develop value propositions, marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, and thought leadership content.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Define campaign objectives, budgets, timelines, KPIs, and ownership.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and measurable outcomes.
Lead Funnel Management
- Manage the complete marketing funnel from lead generation to sales-qualified opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and monitor pipeline progression.
Performance & ROI
- Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as:
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Conversion Rates
- Pipeline Contribution
- Campaign ROI
- Channel Performance
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in B2B technology marketing.
- Proven expertise in demand generation and lead acquisition.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and ABM.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
