Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee documentation, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Handle employee joining formalities, induction, documentation, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS.
- Process monthly payroll and coordinate statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Manage employee confirmation, probation, appraisals, and performance management activities.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards for management.
- Draft HR letters, policies, appointment letters, warning letters, and other official documents.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Support organizational initiatives, audits, and HR process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance.
- Knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and HR documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience handling recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
- Manufacturing or Industrial industry experience will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiner or candidates with a short notice period.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling HR operations independently.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
