Key Responsibilities
- Provide career counselling aligned with the company’s product
- Explain the features, benefits, and outcomes of the product clearly to students
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (walk-ins, calls, virtual)
- Understand student needs and position the product as the right solution
- Handle end-to-end counselling to conversion (enrolment)
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure
- Maintain lead data, counselling notes, and conversion records
- Address queries, objections, and concerns effectively
- Coordinate with internal team for onboarding and support
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
