Sales Executive – Commercial Interior Fit-Out

Experience: 3–3 Years Field Sales Experience
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls, cold calls, and follow-ups with potential clients, including corporate offices, coworking spaces, and retail businesses.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into viable business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand client pain points and position the company’s fit-out solutions to address their specific needs effectively.
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to develop tailored proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms, ensuring clarity, alignment, and mutual agreement.
- Track proposal approvals and manage contract finalizations diligently.
- Oversee ongoing projects from a client relationship perspective to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
- Address client service issues and project-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct post-project reviews and gather client feedback for service improvement and innovation.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, proposals, and project details.
- Submit daily reports on sales calls and updates to the internal team.
- Share daily call status updates specifically with the Growthfather Team.
- Coordinate with the company branding team to align sales efforts with broader marketing and brand strategy.
- Provide weekly reports on sales activity, lead status, pipeline progression, and client feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
