JOB TITLE :* Front Office Receptionist (Male/Female)*
Job Summary :
Responsible for welcoming guests, Handling check- ins and check- outs, Managing reservations and providing excellent customer service at the front desk.
Key Requirements :
- Male & Female candidate.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Experience in Front Office Operation or Hotel management software preferred.
- Well groomed appearance and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle guest queries and maintain records efficiently.
- Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.
Qualification :
- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
- Prior experience in Front Office will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
