Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Plan and execute recruitment for all departments (Sales, Service, Body Shop, Accounts, Admin).
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs.
- Maintain updated manpower strength and attrition reports.
Training & Development
- Coordinate Honda’s dealer-level training programs.
- Identify training needs and ensure timely skill development.
- Track employee performance and training effectiveness.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leave records.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act).
- Maintain employee files and HR audits.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle grievances, counselling, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct engagement activities, welfare programs, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain positive work culture and communication across departments.
Performance & Appraisal
- Implement performance appraisal systems as per Honda standards.
- Coordinate KPI/KRA setting with department heads.
- Recommend promotions, increments, and incentives.
Reporting
- Submit HR dashboards and monthly MIS to management and Honda corporate HR.
- Support dealer audits and compliance reviews.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
