Job Title: Placement/Soft skills Trainer
Location: Ground floor, SRV Towers, Muthamizh St, near Girias Veppamoodu, Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu 629001.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs focused on soft skills, interview preparation, resume building, and corporate etiquette.
- Plan placement training activities in advance and coordinate schedules and modules with relevant trainers.
- Conduct mock interviews and group discussions to assess student readiness and provide constructive feedback.
- Evaluate individual student performance to identify skill gaps and provide targeted mentoring.
- Track and report on student progress, attendance, and placement readiness metrics.
Skills
- 0-1 years of experience in training, recruitment, or a related field (prior experience in training institutions is preferred; freshers with strong communication are welcome)
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of corporate recruitment processes, interview techniques, and soft skills development.
- Ability to motivate, engage, and manage large groups of learners effectively.
- Proficiency in creating training materials, presentations, and interactive activities.
