Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Monitor and assess student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Manage classroom behavior positively and effectively.
- Organize classroom materials, displays, and learning resources.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Ed./Montessori/Early Childhood Education preferred).
- 1–5 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary or Primary classes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to handle classroom responsibilities efficiently.

- Knowledge of child-centered teaching methodologies.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
