About the Role
Own end-to-end financial tracking for a fast-growing mental health practice.
Responsibilities
- Track every session against payment status (paid / unpaid / PWYW-tier)
- Follow up with clients on pending payments (calls / WhatsApp/ Email)
- Generate and send invoices
- Reconcile bank/payment gateway records against session logs daily
- Tag and categorize all incoming transactions
- Flag anomalies (tier mismatches, duplicate payments, no-shows without follow-through)
- Maintain and improve existing invoice tracker/Sheets systems
Requirements
- BCom (or equivalent); 1–3 yrs bookkeeping/accounts experience
- Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivots, basic formulas)
- Comfortable doing client-facing payment follow-up, not just backend entry
- Bonus: exposure to subscription/recurring billing or healthcare billing
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
