Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a leading international BPO in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. This is a pure customer service role where you will assist customers with money transfer-related queries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to money transfer services.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).
- At least 1 year of experience in an International BPO.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- CEFR English Proficiency: C1 level preferred.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Willing to work with 2 rotational weekly offs.
