We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager with hand on experience in managing and scaling brands across major online marketplaces, including Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Amazon, and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketplace growth, managing operations, optimizing sales performance, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability.
- Oversee catalog creation, product listing optimization, content management, and inventory planning.
- Monitor marketplace KPIs such as GMV, revenue, conversion rates, ROAS, and profitability.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and platform-specific marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to maximize growth opportunities and resolve operational issues.
- Manage pricing, stock allocation, replenishment planning, and inventory health.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, ensuring high performance and timely execution.
- Ensure smooth order processing, returns management, reconciliations, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to achieve business goals.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Amazon, and Flipkart seller portals.
- Proven track record of scaling brands and driving marketplace growth.
- Expertise in marketplace advertising, promotions, and account management.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and e-commerce analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP, OMS, and inventory management systems.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
