Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right creative career path. The ideal candidate will counsel students and parents, convert inquiries into admissions, maintain strong relationships with prospects, and contribute to the center's revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding Dreamzone courses, career opportunities, and learning pathways.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, website leads, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries.
- Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students until admission closure.
- Maintain inquiry, follow-up, and admission records in CRM/ERP.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and local communities for lead generation.
- Support marketing campaigns and admission drives.
- Ensure an excellent student experience throughout the admission process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly counseling reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Counseling, Admissions, Customer Relationship Management, Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for counseling are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in the education or training industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
