Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate sales and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Telecalling, Telemarketing, Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Experience from industries such as EdTech, Staffing/Recruitment, Marketing, IT Services, Financial Services, Training, or similar sectors will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
