About the Role
Vishram International Services is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Recruitment, Compliance, Payroll Coordination, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management for our Ahmedabad office. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building processes and working closely with leadership in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Manage HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, and onboarding.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and HR processes.
- Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 6+ years of HR experience.
- Strong expertise in Recruitment, HR Operations, Compliance, Payroll Coordination, and Employee Relations.
- Experience building HR policies or systems from scratch is highly preferred.
- Must be willing to work full-time from our Ahmedabad office.
