Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused sales staff to join our supermarket team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, handle merchandise, maintain store standards, and support daily store operations. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
- Ensure proper product display, shelving, and stock arrangement
- Assist customers in locating products and answering basic queries
- Handle billing support and coordinate with the cashier when required
- Monitor product expiry dates and report low or damaged stock
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned section
- Follow store policies, procedures, and shift schedules
- Support inventory checks and stock movement as instructed
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum basic education (school level or above)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts
- Ability to stand for long hours and perform routine store duties
- Prior supermarket or retail experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
