Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, social selling).
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
- Strategic Consulting: Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client "pain points" and tailor solutions effectively.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and handle objections to secure high-value partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to align sales strategies with market trends.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Mentorship: Assist in the onboarding and professional development of junior Sales Executives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
