The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Project In-Charge is responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all MEP works in construction projects. The role ensures that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed as per design, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of MEP works at project sites.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers.
- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and ensure site implementation.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Manage material procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory.
- Resolve technical issues at site and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with civil and architectural teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare progress reports and update project status to management.
- Ensure work is completed within budget and deadlines.
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 3–10 years of experience in MEP execution in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire fighting, and plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in site coordination and vendor management.
- Familiarity with MEP standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
