Key Responsibilities:
Service & Technical Work:
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laptops and desktops.
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software.
- Replace faulty components (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, etc.).
- Perform regular maintenance and system upgrades.
- Handle basic networking and printer-related issues.
Customer & Showroom Support:
- Attend walk-in customers and understand technical issues.
- Provide proper solutions and explain repair details to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for service-related queries.
- Maintain service records and job sheets.
Field Work:
- Visit customer locations for on-site service when required.
- Ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma in Hardware/IT or 10th / 12th completed.
- Minimum basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory.
- Valid driving license required.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in laptop/desktop service.
- Knowledge of OS installation (Windows, basic software).
- Basic networking knowledge is an added advantage.
