We are seeking ambitious, well-spoken Financial Advisors / Relationship Executives who excel at consultative selling. Instead of pushing a single product, you will analyze client needs and offer a portfolio of banking products—including Loans, Credit Cards, Savings/Current Accounts, and Wealth Solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Consultation: Understand client profiles and match them with the right banking products from our multi-bank portfolio.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Pitch financial solutions to prospective clients through direct networking, referrals, and digital leads.
- Relationship Management: Build deep, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and trusted financial advisory.
- End-to-End Documentation: Guide clients through the documentation and application process for smooth banking approvals.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets to unlock lucrative, uncapped performance incentives.
What We Are Looking For
- Flawless Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in Hindi & English to build immediate rapport with clients.
- Sales Prowess: A strong sales mindset with the ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to learn and understand the features of different banking products (Loans, Cards, Accounts).
