- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong knowledge of data validation techniques and quality assurance processes within data warehousing environments.
- Experience with designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for ETL processes.
- Familiarity with database technologies and query languages to verify data integrity and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and troubleshoot issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Understanding of performance testing and optimization strategies for ETL workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
