About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer who has hands-on experience working with multiple programming languages, frameworks, databases, APIs, and modern web technologies.
The ideal candidate should not be restricted to a single technology stack. The candidate should be capable of working across technologies such as PHP/Laravel, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Python, React.js, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and should be comfortable learning and working with different technologies based on project requirements.
The role will involve developing new applications, enhancing existing systems, building APIs, integrating third-party services, troubleshooting issues, and supporting production applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend systems.
- Work with different technology stacks depending on project requirements.
- Develop robust REST APIs and backend services.
- Work with technologies such as PHP/Laravel, Node.js/Express.js, Python, and other relevant frameworks.
- Develop and integrate frontend applications using React.js and JavaScript.
- Design and manage databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases as required.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, communication platforms, external services, and other systems.
- Understand existing codebases and implement new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
- Design efficient database structures, queries, relationships, indexes, and data models.
- Implement authentication, authorization, validation, security, logging, and error handling.
- Optimize application, API, and database performance.
- Deploy and maintain applications on Linux/cloud servers.
- Work with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control.
- Collaborate with project managers, frontend developers, backend developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze technical requirements and convert them into reliable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical support.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.

Candidate Profile

- Is a multi-stack developer rather than being limited to one programming language or framework.
- Has practical experience with multiple backend technologies.
- Can understand and work with existing applications built using different technology stacks.
- Can move between Laravel/PHP, Node.js/Express, Python, MongoDB, React, and other technologies as project requirements change.
- Has strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Can independently troubleshoot bugs and technical issues.
- Understands how frontend, backend, APIs, databases, servers, and third-party integrations work together.
- Can develop both new applications and enhance existing applications.
- Is willing and capable of quickly learning new technologies when required.
- Takes ownership of assigned tasks and delivers quality work within timelines.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong practical experience and technical skills can be considered in place of formal qualifications.
Experience
2–5 years of professional experience in Full Stack / Backend / Web Application Development.

Expertise in every technology listed above is not required. We value strong fundamentals, practical development experience, problem-solving ability, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Pay: ₹380,818.56 - ₹535,215.20 per year
