As a service advisor, you will be responsible for communicating with customers to determine which repairs are necessary, submitting work orders to technicians, ordering needed parts and collecting payment after repairs are completed.
Responsibilities:
1) Booking appointments,
2) taking inventory, conducting inspections, and sending out invoices.
3) Coordinating with the manufacturers and other sources for spare parts& other requirements,
4) Understanding of all technical documents related to the car,
5) Making informed recommendations based on the customer’s needs and wants.
