Leading end-to-end functional analysis across complex CLM processes (including onboarding, KYC/CDD, periodic reviews, and client data management), working with business and technology stakeholders to clarify outcomes and success criteria
Driving detailed analysis of current state processes and contributing to the definition of pragmatic, achievable target state lifecycle flows and operating models, with a focus on efficiency, control, and client experience
Producing high-quality BA artefacts, including business and functional requirements, process flows, assumptions, dependencies, constraints, and impact assessments
Acting as a functional point of contact during delivery, supporting teams in managing scope, dependencies, risk, and change across CLM processes and platforms
Engaging effectively with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Financial Crime, Risk, Legal, and Technology, providing clarity, structure, and constructive challenge
Contributing to initiatives involving digital onboarding, client data platforms, workflow tools, and regulatory technology (RegTech), assessing impacts on onboarding journeys, KYC processes, client data controls, and regulatory compliance obligations
Applying sound judgement when working with new or evolving technologies (including automation, workflow tooling, and data platforms), assessing feasibility, delivery risk, and integration with existing CLM systems and processes
