We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Front Office Executive to manage the reception area and provide administrative, HR and other departments support. The candidate will be responsible for handling guest management, office coordination, and assisting various departments with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
- Coordinate meetings and manage conference room bookings
- Assist in hospitality arrangements for guests (refreshments, seating, etc.)
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and communication
- Provide day-to-day support for office administration activities
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, housekeeping, and repairs
- Assist HR with onboarding processes (documentation, coordination with new joiners)
- Maintain employee records and attendance data
- Support in organizing HR activities such as events, trainings, and engagement activities
- Assist in internal communications and policy documentation
- Provide coordination support to different departments as and when required
- Help in organizing internal meetings, events, and office functions
- Ensure smooth communication flow within teams

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Administration/HR preferred)
- Atleast 6 months of experience in front office, administration, or HR support role
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
