Process Mining Engineer (Celonis) (Project: Overdelivery)
Engineer Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a Process Mining Engineer to design and implement process intelligence solutions using Celonis for enterprise-scale business transformation initiatives. This role requires expertise in analyzing complex business processes, building data models, and developing actionable insights using process mining techniques.
- You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT teams to deliver data-driven process optimization solutions across domains such as supply chain, finance, and operations.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Design and develop end-to-end process mining solutions using Celonis EMS platform
- Build and optimize data models (PQL, Data Model Editor) for large-scale enterprise datasets
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple source systems (SAP, Oracle, SQL, etc.)
- Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes
- Develop interactive dashboards, KPIs, and analytical views in Celonis Studio
- Implement process conformance checks and deviation analysis
- Design and deploy action flows, alerts, and automation use cases
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into process mining use cases
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across process models
- Integrate Celonis with external systems (APIs, Power BI, etc.) for extended analytics
- Optimize performance of data pipelines and dashboards
- Document process models, KPIs, and implementation architecture
- Participate in code reviews, best practices, and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Drive project delivery with ownership of quality, timelines, and innovation
Must Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Celonis EMS / Process Mining tools
- Expertise in PQL (Process Query Language)
- Experience in data modeling and ETL processes
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Knowledge of business process frameworks (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, etc.)
- Experience integrating data from ERP systems
- Understanding of process mining concepts (event logs, variants, conformance checking)
- Familiarity with automation/workflow tools within Celonis
- Experience with APIs and data connectors
- Strong version control and documentation practices
Must-have:
- Hands-on experience in Celonis implementation projects (end-to-end).
- Strong experience in data modeling and process analysis in production environments.
Domain Skills (Optional):
- Automotive / Manufacturing / Supply Chain domain knowledge
- Experience in Databricks
- Experience in Azure
- Exposure to tools like Power BI or Tableau for extended reporting
Degree and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3 to 6 years of total experience in Process Mining (1+ years in Celonis preferred)

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,050,000.00 per month
