Qualifications
- Master's Degree (M.A. / M.Sc. or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- M.Phil. / Ph.D. preferred as per UGC norms.
- Strong academic and administrative background.
Experience
- Minimum 20+ years of teaching and administrative experience in Higher Education Institutions.
- Proven leadership and academic management skills.
- Experience in accreditation, curriculum development, faculty management, NAAC processes, and institutional administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the institution.
- Ensure compliance with UGC and other regulatory requirements.
- Promote quality teaching, research, and student development.
- Lead accreditation and quality assurance initiatives.
- Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance.
