Bluphlux is seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our production processes and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation in our manufacturing operations.

Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.

Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data to identify areas for improvement.

Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes to enhance production efficiency.

Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless production operations.

Troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a production engineering role.

Strong knowledge of production machinery and processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
