- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle

- Proven track record of delivering beyond revenue targets and sales goals
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and contract negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on client relationship building
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of sales goals, and execute strategies without requiring micromanagement
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in SaaS, partner relationships, renewals and cybersecurity in the MEA market
- Lead Generation & Database Management: Create and maintain a robust database of potential prospects. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and participation in events
- Cold Calling & Appointment Setting: Conduct cold calls to engage prospects, set appointments, and generate interest in SecureKloud’s products and services
- Client Needs Assessment & Solution Selling: Identify client needs and tailor product/service recommendations accordingly to ensure the highest value for the client
- Presentations & Proposal Development: Develop and deliver compelling, informative presentations to potential clients, explaining the benefits and value of SecureKloud’s products and services
- Account Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects. Develop account plans for new relationships and ensure continuous engagement
- Sales Cycle & End-to-End Closure: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
- Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure: Coordinate requirements, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent revenue generation
- Ownership & Independence: Take full ownership of the sales process, driving results independently and taking initiative to meet business goals
- Exceeding Revenue Targets: Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, revenue targets, and timelines
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
