Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accession Executive to join our diagnostics team. The candidate will be responsible for accurate sample accessioning, patient registration, barcode generation, and ensuring seamless coordination between collection centers and the laboratory.
Key Responsibilities
- Register patients and create laboratory orders in the LIS/HIS.
- Perform sample accessioning and barcode generation.
- Verify patient demographics, test requests, and sample details.
- Ensure proper labeling and tracking of specimens.
- Coordinate with collection centers and laboratory teams regarding sample receipt and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Follow NABL and quality standards for sample handling and documentation.
- Support front office and laboratory operations as required.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in accessioning/laboratory operations in a hospital or diagnostic center.
- Knowledge of LIS/HIS is preferred.
- Good computer skills and typing proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Job Description – Phlebotomist
Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to collect blood and other specimens while ensuring patient comfort and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
- Collect other specimens as per laboratory protocols.
- Verify patient identity before sample collection.
- Label and handle specimens accurately to avoid errors.
- Ensure proper storage and transportation of samples.
- Maintain infection control and biomedical waste disposal practices.
- Provide excellent patient care during sample collection.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely sample processing.
- Maintain collection records and documentation.
Eligibility
- DMLT/BMLT or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Phlebotomist in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory.
- Good knowledge of venipuncture techniques and sample handling.
- Familiarity with NABL quality standards is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in home collection and corporate health check-up camps will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred for home collection roles.
