Role Description
Lakarya is seeking a Network & Security Administrator (L2/L3) for an on-site, Long term contract role in Chennai & Pune. The selected candidate will monitor, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network and security systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Responsibilities will include handling incidents, changes, and problem management within set service level agreements (SLAs). The role requires configuring and resolving issues with routing and switching protocols, managing firewall security, VPNs, SD-WAN, and F5 LTM environments. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams will also be a key aspect, especially during high-severity incidents.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Network Security, including routing and switching (Cisco/Juniper), and managing data center networks.
- Strong skills in Network Security, including firewalls (Checkpoint), VPNs, NAT policies, and SD-WAN solutions.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving network and security issues across OSI layers 1–7.
- Knowledge in Cybersecurity and Information Security principles and best practices for enterprise systems.
- Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM functionalities.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCSA, F5 Certification) are required or strongly preferred.
