We're Hiring: IT Recruiter
Location: Noida Sector-63
Experience: 1+ Years (Consultancy experience preferred)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Maximum 15 Days
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- Candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai, and other job portals.
- Resume screening and shortlisting.
- Schedule 5–6 interviews daily.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Close 2–3 positions per month.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
