Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the HR function, oversee daily operations, and drive employee engagement across the organization. This role is critical in shaping HR policies, managing recruitment, supporting performance management, and ensuring compliance with labour laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Drive performance management processes, including KPI setting, appraisals, and employee development.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Maintain employee records and generate HR reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and other labour regulations.
- Support organizational development initiatives and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to address manpower planning and talent management needs.
- Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure efficient execution of HR operations.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, Microsoft Office, and HR analytics.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Experience in the EdTech or IT industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
