Location: Worli & Reay Road, Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years in Automobile Service / Body & Paint
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interaction and vehicle reception as per dealership SOP.
- Inspect accident/body & paint vehicles and prepare repair estimates.
- Open repair orders and record customer concerns accurately.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim processing and approvals.
- Provide regular vehicle repair status updates to customers.
- Ensure timely repair follow-up, delivery commitments, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate vehicle washing, PDI, invoicing, and final delivery process.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain high CSI standards.
- Promote VAS services and additional repair approvals to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain proper documentation and service records.
