1. Must be from Hardware and Software sales back ground and industry
2. Experience in selling IT products and Solutions.
3. Male /Female with min. of 2 years of experience in Inside sales function preferably in selling IT Hardware, software, IT solutions & services. Understanding of IT products.
4. Apply Identify prospective customers in various verticals through secondary and primary research by using online databases
5. Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills required
6. Leverage telephone skills to identify the decision maker.
7. Begin the sales process through tele and digital lead generation activities
8. Qualify new sales opportunities by closely prospecting inbound and outbound leads
9. Conduct strategic business conversations with prospects to understand their needs
10. Appointments with key decision makers and pass it on to the onsite sales team.
11. Managing new developed accounts and existing accounts to generate revenue
12. Understand customer needs, requirements and budgets
13. Coordination with support team to ensure timely delivery of solutions
14. Timely payment follow up
15. Customer / clients grievance handling
16. Regular interaction with customer to provide satisfaction after sales
17. Build up a decent pipeline and close deals consistently
18. Ability to work under pressure and produce results to achieve targets
19. Collaborate with Product team to exchange information on markets/leads/prospects
20. Should have proven skills in working and building relationship with product partners and resellers.
21. Capable on using CRM system for day to day tracking of activities and sales pipeline
22. Excellent written, oral and listening skills required; with Strong business understanding.
